Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the status of your package through AfterShip tracking. AfterShip provides real-time updates, allowing you to track your order’s journey from dispatch to delivery. 3. Shipping Rates and Additional Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and delivery preferences. We strive to meet the estimated delivery times; however, delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather events or natural disasters) are beyond our control.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with Kurasi Courier to assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue promptly. Please note that the risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered.
